The procedure consists of taking out the shock absorber lower bolts and nuts followed by removing the rear axle Tie Rod from the rear axle. Suspension of the rear axle by brake hoses should be strictly avoided since it causes damage. Avoid premature spring failure by lowering the rear axle with the utility stand while keeping the spring coating free from both chipping and scratching. Take out the springs as well as the insulators. Position the spring with its paint stripe pointing to the rear when installing it at the center of the shock absorber. Position the springs along with insulators to the rear axle after that use a utility stand to lift the entire rear axle into position. First reinstall the rear axle Tie Rod to the rear axle before attaching the shock absorbers.
