Service and repair processes for the Fan Shroud start by detaching the air inlet duct. Start by removing screws from the upper Fan Shroud followed by disconnecting the coolant recovery reservoir hose from the lower Fan Shroud. Once the upper Fan Shroud is removed the operator needs to raise the lower Fan Shroud slightly until the Radiator locating tabs become free from their position before entirely removing the Fan Shroud from the vehicle. Place the lower Fan Shroud on the Radiator while using the locating tabs for attachment by applying pressure to the Fan Shroud. Attach the upper Fan Shroud while securing its screws to 10 nm torque value then forward the coolant recovery reservoir hose into the lower Fan Shroud before installing the air inlet duct.
