How to service and repair the Throttle Position Sensor on 2000 GMC Jimmy?

In order to maintain the Throttle Position Sensor, unconnect the IAT sensor harness and negative battery cable. Take away the breather tube and air outlet duct and the TP sensor harness and take away throttle body. Install TP sensor with throttle valve closed and reconnect all the components.
