To change the condenser one should remove the air cleaner first and retrieve the refrigerant from the system. Next, we should eliminate the grille, followed by compressor and condenser line from the condenser and evaporator tube from the condenser. Take out the bolts whose role is to support the condenser to the radius and remove the type. Installation starts by positioning the new condenser and install the bolt for stability with the Radiator and slight tighten it to 6 n.m (53 lb in). Connect the evaporator tube to the condenser and reconnect the compressor and condenser line. Reinstall the grille and evacuate and charge the system, checking that leaks are not present. Finally, reinstall the air cleaner.
