How to replace the Air Bag Sensor for Side Impact on 2001 Buick Century?

To change the Inflatable Restraint Side Impact Sensor, you will have to disarm the SIR system and take off the center pillar lower trim. Unscrew the fasteners and take off the sensor. Unplug the connector, and then replug the new sensor and re-attach it. Lastly, replace the trim back and activate the SIR system.
