The first step involves disconnecting electrical power from the evap Canister Purge Valves before disconnecting the total pipe along with the vacuum supply hose. Before working on the evap Canister Purge Valves you must remove their retaining bolt and extract the valves from the Intake Manifold. Users need to mount the evap Canister Purge Valves to the Intake Manifold before applying the retainer bolt properly tightened to 10 n.m (89 lb in). To complete the installation process connect the evap canister purge pipe followed by the vacuum supply hose then connect the electrical connector to the evap Canister Purge Valves.
