  A: One must drain the Fuel Tank and remove the fuel filler cap before starting Fuel Filler Hose replacement. After rising the vehicle you must remove the fuel filler pipe attaching screws that secure the pocket. Before removing the fuel filler pipe first loosen its clamp at the fuel filler pipe then unscrew the underbody fuel filler pipe attaching screw and detach the fuel filler pipe. Install the fuel filler pipe by placing it back into position then fasten it with the underbody attaching screws at 13 n.m (10 lb ft). Test the seal between the filler hose and Fuel Tank port as well as fuel filler pipe and check the clamp position on the tank port between the bead and tank before tightening it to 2.5 n.m (22 lb in). Secure both fuel filler pipe attaching screws to the fuel filler pipe access panel while tightening Fuel Tank filler hose clamps to 2.5 n.m (22 lb in). Reinstallation of the fuel fill cap follows after you add the fuel.
