To change the Water Pump (L-67) start by draining the engine coolant then disconnect the Drive Belt and supercharger idler pulley assembly. Begin by removing bolts from the Water Pump Pulley then take out the pulley followed by the Water Pump screws 1 and 2 which disconnect it from its position. Prepare the engine surfaces for installation by cleaning them before adding both the new gasket and Water Pump. Fasten the Water Pump mounting bolts (1,2) by tightening short bolts to 15 nm (11 ft. Lbs.) and long bolts to 30 nm (22 ft. Lbs.). Attach the Water Pump Pulley with its hardware into place and tighten it to 13 nm before fitting the supercharger idler pulley and Drive Belt assembly. Finally, fill the cooling system.
