How to replace the primary and secondary hood latch on 2001 Buick Regal?

To install a hood latch, open the hood and keep a mark on the support bracket. Take out the bolts and detach the release cable. Take the new latch and attach it to the Holes and position it on the marks and screw it together with the bolts. Tilting of the hood Open and close.
