Remove the bracket retaining bolt part number 11510029 from the power steering return hose to completely detach it from the Cylinder Head and follow with vehicle elevation. Start by removing the front air deflector together with the power steering gear heat shield (11510029). The power steering return hose must be detached from its frame brackets and wiring harness tie strap before removing it from both the power steering gear and the vehicle body. Install the power steering return hose onto the vehicle frame by placing it in the brackets. All fastener notice procedures in service precautions must be followed before tightening the power steering return hose to power steering gear with the proper torque setting of 27 nm (20 ft. Lbs.). Position the power steering return hose onto the wiring harness while using a fresh tie strap before installing the front air deflector along with the power steering gear heat shield (11510029). Customers should start by emptying the drain pan and then proceed to lower the vehicle before installing the Cylinder Head bracket (11510029) with its retaining bolt (11510029). The power steering return hose must then connect to the Power Steering Pump. The power steering system requires bleeding as the final procedure.
