Start by removing the exhaust system and then undo the four bolts that hold the Catalytic Converter heat shield to the floor panel and exit the heat shield. For installation put on the new Catalytic Converter heat shield on the floor panel align the holes of it with the threaded holes on the panel. Mount the four bolts to fix the heat shield, locking them at 6 nm (53 inch lbs.) and finally installing the exhaust system.
