How to replace the blower motor resistor assembly on 2001 Chevrolet Camaro?

The first step to replace the blower motor resistor assembly is to remove the right IP insulator while moving the carpet out of the way from the heater module. First unfasten the blower resistor assembly bolt then disconnect its electrical connector before removing the assembly. Install the blower motor resistor assembly into place while attaching its electrical connector. Secure the blower motor resistor bolt at 2 N.m (18 lb in) and then restore the carpet to its original position before fastening the right instrument panel insulator.
