Position a mat on the floor near the passenger side to capture water leaks while using a small hand saw to cut out the Evaporator module holes that can be used again. Begin by uninstalling the bracket nut attached to the a/c Evaporator followed by removing its bracket. Proceed to pop out the a/c Evaporator seal and Evaporator by loosening the bolts from the engine compartment side of the upper and lower case before slightly opening the case. Safely place the old a/c Evaporator air filter onto the new Evaporator before installing the new a/c Evaporator and applying sealer to both cases of the Evaporator using no epoxy glue.
