To begin take out the A/C evaporator bracket nut together with the bracket before unfastening all bolts from the engine bay side of the A/C evaporator upper and lower case and carefully opening the case to remove the A/C evaporator seal and evaporator. Position the heater rear case so its upper clip enters first then join the left edge to the distributor case followed by securing all bolts at 2.0 N.m (18 lb in).
