Start the process by recovering all a/c refrigerant. Two marks should be placed 50.8 mm apart (2 in) starting 50 mm (2 in) beyond the first line hanger before the black foam line insulation. After placing the marks correctly, remove the Evaporator tube while ensuring the removal of all metal burrs from the liquid line.
