  A: Start by elevating and supporting the vehicle before you detach the Catalytic Converter as the first step to replace the right Exhaust Manifold. Disassemble the process by using a wrench to remove the connector position assurance (CPA) lock and proceed to disconnect the Oxygen Sensor electrical connector from its harness before removing the Oxygen Sensor connector rosebud from the engine lift bracket along with the sensor itself. Turn off Spark Plug Wires number 4 and number 6 from their corresponding spark plugs before removing the number 6 Spark Plug from the Cylinder Head. Lower the vehicle while you detach the number 2 Spark Plug wire from the Spark Plug after removing the two rear Exhaust Manifold studs and nut from the Exhaust Manifold. Start by detaching the numbers 2 and 4 spark plugs from the Cylinder Head before taking off the Exhaust Manifold heat shield nuts along with the heat shield from the Exhaust Manifold. Extract the two front Exhaust Manifold studs and nut from the Exhaust Manifold before extracting the right Exhaust Manifold and gasket from the Cylinder Head while also detaching the heat shield studs from the Exhaust Manifold if required. Before manifolds installation the heat shield stud should be attached to the Exhaust Manifold then position the right Exhaust Manifold Gasket with manifold onto the Cylinder Head studs. Install the two front Exhaust Manifold studs with their nuts by tightening them to 15 nm (11 ft. Lbs.) while you also tighten the Exhaust Manifold nuts to 18 nm (13 ft. Lbs.). Fasten the Exhaust Manifold heat shield to its nut before tightening all heat shield nuts to 10 nm (89 inch lbs.). Tighten the spark plugs at numbers 2 and 4 to 27 nm (20 ft. Lbs.) before connecting the wire to number 2. After lifting the vehicle again you must install two rear Exhaust Manifold studs and their corresponding nut, tighten the studs to 15 nm (11 ft. Lbs.) and Exhaust Manifold nut to 18 nm (13 ft. Lbs. Tighten the number 6 Spark Plug to 27 Nm (20 ft. Lbs.) then link the numbers 4 and 6 Spark Plug Wires. The Oxygen Sensor needs installation with 42 nm (31 ft. Lbs.) torque before connecting the Oxygen Sensor electrical connector rosebud to the engine lift bracket while connecting the Oxygen Sensor electrical connector to the wiring harness. Install the cpa lock and the Catalytic Converter after the vehicle drops to the ground level.
