How to replace the blower motor resistor on 2001 Chevrolet Lumina?

In order to replace the blower motor resistor, one has to remove the right side instrument panel insulator, disconnect the electrical connector and remove the bolts. Install the new resistor, reattach it with the bolts, reconnect the electrical connector and install the instrument panel insulator back in.
