How to replace the rack and pinion boot and breather tube on 2001 Chevrolet Lumina?

The J 22610 Service Boot Clamp Installer should be used to replace the rack and pinion boot and breather tube. Take out the outer tie rod and hex jam nut and then tie rod end clamp. Mark the location of the breather tube then remove the boot and tube. Grease and fit the new boot then crimp the boot clamp.
