How to replace the A/C Orifice Tube on 2001 Chevrolet Monte Carlo?

You will need to remove the air cleaner assembly, condenser tube, and vacuum brake booster to replace the A/C Orifice Tube, recover refrigerant and then to replace the A/C Orifice Tube. Loose the tube and take out the tube using needle-nose pliers. Check and clean in case of reuse. Grease new O-ring seals, replace parts and conduct leak test.
