How to replace the blower motor resistor assembly on 2001 Chevrolet Monte Carlo?

In order to change the blower motor resistor assembly, take away the right side instrument panel insulator. Unscrew and disconnect the electrical connectors, loosen and unscrew the screws at the resister of the blower motor. Install the new resistor, screws, re-connect the electrical connectors and re-install the instrument panel insulator.
