To replace the positive crankcase ventilation valve, first loosen the PCV Valve Hose clamp and take off the PCV Valve Hose from the PCV Valve. Next, remove the PCV Valve from the Cylinder Head, then put in the new PCV Valve and fasten it to 27 nm (13 ft-lbs.). Finally, put the PCV Valve Hose back on the PCV Valve and tighten the clamp . Next, take out the PCV Valve from the side of the engine head. For installation, start by putting the new PCV Valve into the Cylinder Head and turn it until you get it tight with 27 nm (13 ft. Lbs.) of torque. Then, connect the PCV Valve Hose to the valve and fasten it with one clamp. Then, connect the PCV Valve Hose to the PCV Valve and hold it in place with one clamp .
