How to service the Power Steering Pressure Switch on 2001 Chevrolet Prizm?

The power steering pressure (PSP) switch service process requires you to disconnect its electrical connector followed by uninstalling the psp switch from the steering gear inlet pipe fitting located on the high pressure side of the pump. Reinstall the psp switch by fitting it onto the steering gear inlet pipe fitting on the high pressure side of the Power Steering Pump before securing it with a torque of 21 nm (15 ft. Lbs.). Complete the process by reattaching the electrical connector to the psp switch.
