How to replace the rear tailgate lift support on 2001 Chevrolet Tracker?

The endgate strut can be replaced by taking out the nut that holds it to the endgate panel and the endgate opening nut. Fit the new strut using the nuts on the opening and panel taking care to follow the Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
