To remove the heated oxygen Sensor (Ho2s) bank 2, secondly, lift the vehicle. To carry out this, disengage the connector to HO2S then pull out the HO2S using the J 39194-B oxygen sensor wrench (J 39194-B). While installing the new sensor, it is important to do so by using anti-seize compound GM P/N 5613695 if it becomes necessary as this special compound is composed of liquid graphite and glass, making it easy to remove in the future. Mount the HO2S with 42 N.m (31 lb ft) with the J 39194-B. Lastly, connect the HO2S harness connector and bring the vehicle down.
