    To replace the Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) Bank 1 Sensor 1, first perform the act of raising the vehicle. Disconnect the connector for the HO2S and remove the HO2S with the Oxygen Sensor Wrench (J 39194-B). Before installation, coat the threads of the new or service replacement sensor whith anti-seize compound GM P/N 5613695 if nessesary, as this compound consists liquid graphite and glas beads and will make easy to remove in future. Install the HO2S by using the Oxygen Sensor Wrench (J 39194-B) and tighten it to 42 N.m (31 lb ft). Lastly, hook the HO2S harness connection and bring down the vehicle.
