How to replace the Coolant Temperature Sensor on 2001 GMC Savana 1500?

Replacement of Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) Sensor requires that the ignition is turned off and the engine cover is lifted. empty the coolant, remove the electrical connector and take out the ECT sensor. Install the thread sealer sensor, harness, refill cooling system and reconnect the engine cover. Also, when working with the sensor, be careful not to break it.
