First detach the screws which anchor the coil assemblies to the icm before you can remove both coils and icm from its bracket. When installing the coils and Ignition Control Module onto the bracket users need to adhere to the fastener notice in service precautions. Secure the ignition coils and icm to the bracket by installing screws that require 4.5 n.m tension (40 lb in torque). Spark plug wire installation should precede 14-way connector coupling to the module. Secure the screw at 2.1 n.m (19 lb in).
