How to replace the Air Bag Clockspring in the steering wheel module on 2002 Buick Regal?

In order to change the Air Bag Clock Spring, turn off the SIR system. Take out the Air Bag Clock Spring, steering wheel and shrouds. Unhook straps of wire harness and take out the retaining ring. Install Air Bag Clock Spring, fasten it, lay wire harness and reconnect. Lastly, activate the SIR system.
