  A: Start by spinning the engine to reach top dead center position and block the valve from entering the cylinder. Start by taking off the proper valve rocker cover and then proceed to withdraw the valve Rocker Arm and push rod. You must take out each Spark Plug from the engine cylinders that need work. Fit the j 23590 adapter into the Spark Plug port and use compressed air to block the valves. Set the j 38606 (Valve Spring Compressor) onto the valve spring and squeeze it using the tool. Turn off the valve retention mechanism to access the valve spring components. Next, take away the valve spring and topplate before installing the valve guide seal. Check if the valve spring needs replacement due to damage. Insert the new seal on top of the engine stem until the valve guide engages then pushes it downwards to secure position. Press the valve guide seal over the guide using the j 42863 tool by hand. Pack the valve spring compressor j 38606 back to its original position while holding spring tension. After fitting the valve spring fix its matching top and lock the valve parts in place. Release control of the valve spring and take off both tools j 23590 and j 23590 before relieving air pressure. Install all refreshed spark plugs into their original cylinders and add back the push rod and valve Rocker Arm. Cover up with the appropriate valve rocker cover.
