How to properly service and repair the EGR Tube on 2002 Cadillac Seville?

In order to change exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) pipe, initially dislodge the bolt in the water crossover housing. Lift and hold up the vehicle then loosen the EGR pipe nut on the exhaust manifold and take out the EGR valve pipe. Install the EGR pipe, screw the nuts and then drop the vehicle and reconnect the bolt.
