How to replace the hood latch on 2002 Chevrolet Astro?

In order to change the hood latch, you should take out the hood release cable and the main latch support bolts. Unscrew the main latch and bracket and connect bracket with the latch. Fit the main latch and position it so that it fits into line with striker pins. Last, lock down the cable of a hood release and ensure it works.
