  A: A successful front floor console replacement procedure starts with blocking the drive wheels before switching the ignition key to RUN and placing the shift lever in NEUTRAL. Open up the console trim plate while you pull the park brake handle up to its highest point of extension. Pull up the park brake handle until it reaches an adequate position and then release it when the handle becomes stuck. Keep the adjuster pawl disengaged to obtain more room for manipulation. Begin by unfastening floor console bolts then disconnect the power outlet electrical connector before lifting out the floor console from the vehicle. Put the floor console in its vehicle position then reconnect the power outlet electrical connector.
