    A: The replacement process for exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) inlet pipe begins with unmounting the EGR Valve and then proceeding to disconnect the EGR Valve outlet pipe. Thoroughly remove retention nuts at the EGR Valve adapter pipe assembly then take out the EGR Valve adapter pipe mounting bolt from the Exhaust Manifold. Following the removal procedure of the EGR Valve adapter assembly. Position the EGR Valve adapter pipe assembly into its original place before adding and torquing retaining nuts at 50 n.m (37 lb ft). Start by putting on the EGR Valve adapter pipe bolt to the Exhaust Manifold then fasten it to 25 n.m (18 lb in). Install the EGR Valve outlet pipe together with the EGR Valve before completion.
