How to replace the radiator outlet coolant pipe on 2002 Chevrolet Cavalier?

In order to replace the radiator outlet pipe, first drain the cooling system and the exhaust manifold heat shield bolts and shield. Next, remove the cover of the outlet pipe bolt that is running through the exhaust manifold runners. Lift up the vehicle and remove the radiator outlet hose from the radiator outlet pipe. Usually remove the radiator outlet pipe to the oil pan bolt, after that remove the right front wheel/tire assembly and right engine splash shield. The trans-to-engine brace and the radiator outlet pipe should be taken out first, including a Thermostat. Clean the mating surfaces of the radiator outlet pipe and the cover of the coolant pump before installing the Thermostat and the radiator outlet pipe. Mount the radiator outlet pipe to the oil pan and tighten the outlet pipe to oil pan bolt to 26 nm (19 ft. Lbs.). Attach the Radiator Hose to the outlet pipe, and reinstall the trans-to-engine brace, right engine splash shield, and right front wheel/tire assembly. Lower the vehicle and bolt the outlet pipe bolts through the exhaust manifold runners and tighten it 14 nm (10 ft. Lbs.). Lastly, apply the exhaust manifold heat shield and bolts and tighten the latter to 14 nm (10 ft. Lbs.) pour in coolant and start the engine observing for leaks after the coolant warms up to normal operating temperature.
