How to replace the Door Striker on the front door on 2002 Chevrolet Impala?

To fit in the striker anchor plate in the front door, take-off door lock pillar trim center pillar trim panels. Identify the striker position and then take off the screws, striker, shims, and anchor plate. Install shims, striker and anchor plate and in place the anchor plate, align to the position that is marked and then reinstall the trim.
