• Q: How to replace the throttle body assembly on 2002 Chevrolet Impala?

  A: Before changing the Throttle Body assembly, first off the ignition and drain the engine coolant. Pull the intake air temperature (IAT) sensor electrical connector, the breather tube from the air intake tube, and take out the air intake tube. Then, you need to remove the iac valve electrical connector, accelerator controls cable from the throttle lever and accelerator cable bracket, as well as throttle position (TP) sensor electrical connector.
