Start by taking off the egr pipe assembly nut attached to the Exhaust Manifold before proceeding to remove the egr pipe. The EGR Valve pipe installation should begin by connecting it to the Exhaust Manifold before securing the egr pipe nut to 25 n.m (18 lb ft). You should put the egr pipe bolt on the EGR Valve followed by a torque of 25 n.m (18 lb ft).
