Start by removing the Center Console followed by detaching the shift select cable at the manual selector lever before taking it off from the manual selector base. Proceed by detaching the btsi cable and the overdrive switch manual selector illumination lamp together with the shift lock control module electrical connectors that are attached to the manual selector. Four bolt screws must be removed from the manual selector for vehicle installation. Surround the manual selector with 4 bolts to reinstall it into the vehicle before tightening them to 13 nm (115 inch lbs.). Proceed by assembling the overdrive switch manual selector illumination lamp to the manual selector and then install the shift lock control module electrical connectors to their designated ports on the manual selector.
