Remove all remaining parts of the EGR Valve Gasket from the Intake Manifold. The new EGR Valve Gasket will need installation before fitting the EGR Valve into place. Fastener notice in service precautions states that both retaining bolts must be tightened to 25 n.m (18 lb ft) and then EGR Valve electrical connector must be reattached.
