    A: Service of the EGR Valve begins with disconnecting the electrical connector before removing the two retaining bolts to extract the EGR Valve from the system. Remove all remaining bits of the EGR Valve Gasket from the Intake Manifold. You should place the EGR Valve Gasket onto the manifold before installing the EGR Valve while securing it with both retaining bolts and tightening to 25 n.m (18 lb ft). Reconnect the EGR Valve electrical connector as the last step.
