  A: Start replacing the Antenna Cable by totally opening the instrument panel (I/P) compartment to disconnect the radio Antenna Cable from the radio extension cable. You should first remove the bottom part of the wheelhouse panel before accessing the Antenna Cable and grommet assembly inside the cowl opening . The radio Antenna Cable assembly needs you to put its end through the cowl opening before taking out the Antenna mast. Start by going to the hood to extract retaining screws from the radio Antenna Cable assembly before directing the Antenna Cable with grommet out the fender opening to remove it from the vehicle. First, place the radio Antenna Cable assembly into the vehicle and guide the Antenna Cable followed by the grommet assembly through the fender opening. Fasten the retaining screws for the radio Antenna Cable assembly before tightening them to a torque of 2.8 n.m (25 lb in). Open the hood before installing the Antenna mast while reaching behind wheelhouse panel to feed the radio Antenna Cable's end through the cowl opening.
