First unscrew and remove the lower rear segment of the wheelhouse panel to access behind where you can extract the Antenna Cable with its grommet assembly through the cowl opening . Pass the end of the radio Antenna Cable assembly through the cowl opening and then remove the Antenna mast. Secure the Antenna mast while you open the hood to disconnect the retaining screws of the radio Antenna Cable assembly for installation through the fender opening. First install the radio Antenna Cable assembly into the vehicle and move the Antenna Cable and grommet assembly through the fender opening. Tighten the retaining screws that secure the radio Antenna Cable assembly to 2.8 n.m force (25 lb in).
