  A: A replacement of the Fuel Filler Hose starts by emptying fuel from the tank followed by removing the fuel filler cap. Start by removing fuel filler pipe screws from the fuel filler pocket followed by raising and supporting the vehicle. Before proceeding with the installation begin by loosing the Fuel Filler Hose clamp from the underneath part of the fuel filler pipe. Then unscrew the fuel filler pipe from the underbody part while removing the entire fuel filler pipe. First install the fuel filler pipe before securing it with the fuel filler pipe screw to the underbody while tightening it to 13 n.m (115 lb in). Make sure both the Fuel Tank port and fuel filler pipe receive the entire length of the filler hose while securing the clamp properly between the latter pipe and its tank port bead with 2.5 n.m (22 lb in). Secure the fuel filler pipe screws into the fuel filler pocket by tightening them to 2.5 n.m (22 lb in). Fuel should be added after installing the fuel fill cap.
