How to replace the outlet radiator hose on 2003 Buick Century?

A cooling system drain procedure must occur before you start replacing the outlet Radiator Hose. The hose clamp pliers (J 38185) should enable technicians to move the hose clamp off the water pump housing before disconnecting the outlet hose from this housing component. The lower Radiator air deflector should be removed first and the hose clamp pliers (J 38185) must be used to relocate the hose clamp from the Radiator before the outlet hose can be disconnected from its position. Place the marked reservoir section of the new Radiator Hose against Radiator marks before securing it to the Radiator basis. Hook up the hose clamp on the Radiator with hose clamp pliers (J 38185) followed by reinstalation of the lower Radiator air deflector. To conclude this process connect the outlet hose to the water pump housing before repositioning the hose clamp with hose clamp pliers (J 38185) while filling the cooling system.
