How to replace the Lash Adjusters on 2003 Buick LeSabre?

To change the valve lifters, reserve all the components so that they can be reassembled. Take out the rocker arms, pushrods and lower intake manifold. Removing the lifters and valve guide retainer bolts. Wipe clean and check them and fit the new lifters and guides and reconnect the retainer, and install the intake manifold and rocker arms.
