How to replace the pushrod and valve rocker arm on 2003 Buick LeSabre?

In order to change the valve rocker arm and push rod, assemble the tools required, and unscrew the valve rocker arm covers and pedestal bolts. Wash and clean the parts and assemble the pushrods, and the rocker arm assembly. Threadlocker should be applied to the threads of the bolts, the retaining bolts should be tightened and the covers should be reinstalled.
