Disconnect torque rods from the hinge without disturbing the parts before you can remove the nuts and bolts that secure the hinge to the vehicle. Install the new hinge in the correct position on the vehicle by following the fastener notice and tighten bolts and nuts to 18 lb ft (24 N.m). First put back the torque rods to their hooks on the hinge piece. Then add the rear shelf trim panel and fix the rear compartment lid using proper adjustment.
