In order to change the power window motor, the window should be raised completely. Swatch the door trim panel and the water deflector, loosen the electrical connector and take away the fasteners that hold the motor. Install the new motor with keeping the gear in proper position, after that fix it and reconnect the electrical connectors and then reinstall the trim.
