You need to drain the cooling system before starting replacement of the outlet Radiator Hose and lower Radiator air deflector removal. Use hose clamp pliers (J 38185) to move the hose clamp toward the Radiator before you disconnect the outlet hose both from the Radiator and water pump housing. The hose clamp pliers (J 38185) must reposition the hose clamp from the water pump housing before disconnecting the outlet hose from both the water pump housing and removing it. To install the new hose, position its marks correctly on the water pump housing while using hose clamp pliers (J 38185) to move the clamp to the housing position. Before proceeding install the outlet hose to the Radiator and secure it with hose clamp pliers (J 38185). The procedure ends with installation of the lower Radiator air deflector followed by cooling system filling.
