  A: After draining the cooling system you should move the accessory wiring junction block before starting the Water Pump replacement. Release loose the Water Pump Pulley bolts to permit Drive Belt removal before removing Water Pump Pulley bolts and Water Pump Pulley. You need to relocate the Power Steering Pump before removing its mounting bolts and taking out the Water Pump bolts and pump itself first. Clean both sides of the Water Pump Gasket area before inspecting the mating surfaces. Install the Water Pump components by first positioning them with their gasket before clamping down the long Water Pump bolts to 34 nm and the short bolts to 22 nm. Attach the Water Pump Pulley and secure its bolts at 13 nm torque. Connect the Power Steering Pump along with the Drive Belt and accessory wiring junction box to their proper places before you refill the cooling system.
